Michael was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and he migrated to the United States at a young age and graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s in management information systems. He is now the Chief Operating Officer at a multinational Technology Company called Redsis Corporation.
Being involved with technology on a daily basis allows him to project that knowledge into the athletic field and use his expertise to benefit the Special Compass team.
Besides his devotion to help others any way he can, Mike has a passion for culinary arts, wood working and photography and he enjoys mechanical and electrical engineering and 3D printing and design.

Mike has participated in multiple Triathlons and half marathons as well. He is so excited to be a part of Special Compass and wants to continue to support and help these special individuals and make their lives a little better and a lot happier.
