Testimonials

Cathy Seacrsit - (Volunteer) & Brandon Seacrist - (Rider);

I had no idea that on April 7, 2016 that Jim and Michael Sayih would touch my son Brandon Seacrist life like they did. I took Brandon to Nova High school to see about running.....

Dr. Darren Kreitman - (Pusher);

What does it mean to be an athlete, a winner or a champion? Is it someone who just works out, someone who joins competitions, crosses the finish line or someone who stands on the podium? For a long time as a tri-athlete, obstacle course competitor, and multi-sport athlete, I thought metals, podiums and finish lines were all that mattered.....

Jessika Kattah - (Rider) and Reinaldo Maiz - (Rider);

When I was able-bodied, I ran many 5k's for causes dear to my heart. In 2012, I became paraplegic and the thought of crossing the finish line of a 5k was impossible....

Guy Romain - (Pusher);

My name is Guy Romain and I have become a pusher for Special Compass for a number of reasons. The first and foremost is the rewarding experience of seeing the achievements of the participants...

Terri Swanson - (Pusher);

With 2016 coming to  close I wanted to take a few moments and personally thank you for the honor of being involved with Special Compass. From the moment you told me about the idea for Special Compass, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of, I felt an instant tug on my heart....

Shelly Alvarez - (Pusher) & Carlos Andes - (Rider);

Special Compass has opened the door for Carlos to see himself as an athlete.  Carlos spends most of his time "working out" at the gym during his therapies. These races are truly his first "extra-curricular" activity.  The pride in his smile when we are a race is amazing!  He is legitimately tired at the end of a race and you can see the satisfaction all through his body.  His smile beams as he gets his medal at the of the races.

Katelyn - (Pusher);

Special Compass is a great organization!  They help people get out and experience what others get to experience but in a different way.....
