Flavia Barbosa was born in Rio De Janeiro and moved to the USA in 1992.
Flavia became a Certified 911 Personal Trainer in 1998 and is the Co-Founder of the 911 Fitness Challenge and Operations Manager of 911 Crossfit and OrangeTheory Fitness Palm Beach Gardens.
Additionally, she is a Graduate of the travel industry in Brazil and has a passion for business and numbers, as well as fitness. Flavia has been a Licensed Realtor since 2003 in South Florida (Miami, Broward and Palm Beach).
Flavia believes that fitness is a way of life and once you enjoy the benefit of a healthy life, you will never want anything else and she loves helping people along the way.
